Returns and Refunds
Physical Products
Our policy for returns applies only to physical products that are damaged upon receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for damaged items.
How to Return a Damaged Item:
1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence of the damage.
2. Receive Authorization: Wait for a return authorization from our customer service team.
3. Ship the Item: Send your item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for digital product purchases. All sales of digital products are final.
